How to knit the Asymmetric Sweater with Lace and Cable Pattern:
Size: US 8 / UK 10.
Material: 500 g of wool.

The Front and Back are worked the same.
The front and back can be knitted together as one piece and then folded to avoid seams.
Cast on 95 stitches plus 2 edge stitches and work as follows:
1 edge stitch, 26 stitches according to Chart 1, 13 stitches according to Chart 2, 20 stitches according to Chart 3, 4 stitches according to Chart 5, 6 stitches according to Chart 4, 4 stitches according to Chart 2, 22 stitches according to Chart 1, 1 edge stitch.
Work straight.
After 37 cm, for the neckline, on one side bind off ten stitches once, two stitches once, and one stitch once, in every second row.
At the same time, on the other side for the sleeve, increase one stitch twice, two stitches three times, four stitches twice, and six stitches once, in every second row.
Then work straight for another 9 cm and bind off all stitches.
Work the second piece for the back in the same way.
Pick up stitches along the lower edge and work 14 cm following Chart 5.
For the collar, pick up stitches along the neckline and work 16 cm following Chart 5 (the right side is inside).
Knit the sleeves also following Chart 5 to a height of 13 cm.
