Lace Pattern Sweater

How to knit the lace pattern sweater:
Size: EU 38–40 (US 6–8 / UK 10–12).
Materials:
350 g yarn (70% cotton, 30% viscose, 350 m/100 g / approx. 383 yds/3.5 oz); needles 2 mm (US 0), circular needles 2 mm (US 0).

Ribbing Pattern: alternately 1 knit stitch, 1 purl stitch.
Stockinette stitch: right-side rows knit stitches, wrong-side rows purl stitches.
Lace pattern:
Work according to the chart, which shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work the stitches as they appear, purl the yarn overs.
Repeat rows 1 to 16 throughout.

Gauge: 23 sts x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 inches).

Back:
Cast on 102 stitches and work in lace pattern.
At 36 cm (14.2 inches) from the beginning, for armholes bind off 6 stitches on both sides, then in every 2nd row bind off 1 time 3 stitches and 1 time 2 stitches = 80 stitches.
At 55 cm (21.7 inches) from the beginning, for neckline bind off the middle 16 stitches and finish both sides separately.
For shaping, on the inner side bind off in every 2nd row 1 time 4 stitches, 1 time 2 stitches and 1 time 1 stitch.
At the same time, for shoulder slope on the outer side bind off in every 2nd row 2 times 8 stitches and 1 time 9 stitches.

Front:
Work as back, but at 45 cm (17.7 inches) from the beginning, for neckline bind off the middle 12 stitches and finish both sides separately.
For shaping, on the inner side bind off in every 2nd row 1 time 3 stitches, 2 times 2 stitches and 2 times 1 stitch.
At 55 cm (21.7 inches) from the beginning, for shoulder slope on the outer side bind off in every 2nd row 2 times 8 stitches and 1 time 9 stitches.

Sleeve:
Cast on 58 stitches and work in lace pattern.
For sleeve shaping increase on both sides in every 10th row 10 times 1 stitch = 78 stitches.
Include new stitches in the pattern.
At 47 cm (18.5 inches) from the beginning, for sleeve cap bind off on both sides 6 stitches, then in every 2nd row 1 time 3 stitches, 1 time 2 stitches, 17 times 1 stitch and 1 time 2 stitches.
At 62 cm (24.4 inches) from the beginning bind off remaining 18 stitches.
Work second sleeve the same way.

Finishing:
Sew shoulder seams.
From the right side, pick up stitches evenly around the neckline onto circular needles and work 6 rows in Ribbing Pattern and 7 rows in stockinette stitch, bind off stitches, roll the edge.
Sew side seams and sleeve seams, set in sleeves.
