Sweater with Lace Stripes

How to knit the sweater with lace stripes:
Sizes: EU 44/46 (48/50) 52/54 = US 12/14 (16/18) 20/22, UK 16/18 (20/22) 24/26
Finished measurements: Bust approx. 100 (112) 124 cm (39.5 (44) 48.8 in)
Materials:
850 (900) 950 g yarn (60% acrylic, 40% viscose, 100 m/50 g); circular needles size 5 mm (US 8); crochet hook 4 mm (US G/6).

Lace stripe:
Work according to the chart, which shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work the stitches as they appear, purl the yarn overs.
Repeat the pattern throughout, finish with 3 stitches after the pattern repeat.

Gauge: 20 stitches and 24.5 rows = 10 x 10 cm (4 x 4 in).

Front/Back:
Cast on 17 stitches and work a lace stripe for the band.
After 59 (64) 69 cm = 144 (156) 170 rows (23.2 (25.2) 27.2 in) from cast-on, bind off all stitches.
Along the right edge, slightly easing it, pick up 111 (123) 135 stitches + 2 edge stitches and work lace stripes.
After 36 cm (14.2 in) from the beginning of the band, bind off 12 (15) 20 stitches on both sides for armholes.
After 54 (55) 55 cm (21.3 (21.7) 21.7 in) from the band = total length 61.5 (62.5) 62.5 cm (24.2 (24.6) 24.6 in), bind off all stitches.

Sleeves:
Cast on 17 stitches and work a lace stripe for the band.
After 26 cm = 60 rows (10.2 in) from cast-on, bind off all stitches.
Along the right edge, pick up 53 stitches and work lace stripes.
For sleeve shaping, increase on both sides every 4th row 20 (17) 17 times 1 stitch and every 2nd row 4 (10) 10 times 1 stitch, incorporating the new stitches into the pattern.
After 42.5 (44) 46.5 cm (16.7 (17.3) 18.3 in) from the beginning of the band, bind off 37 (40) 40 stitches on both sides.
Continue to work the remaining stitches in pattern for the shoulder strap, at the same time cast on 1 edge stitch on both sides in the 1st row = 27 stitches + 2 edge stitches.
At a shoulder strap height of 12 (13) 13.5 cm (4.7 (5.1) 5.3 in) = total height 54.5 (57) 60 cm (21.5 (22.4) 23.6 in), bind off all stitches.
