Tunic with Cables and Textured Pattern

How to knit the tunic with cables and textured pattern:
Size: US 6, UK 10.
Materials:
800 g of yarn (100% acrylic, 160 m/100 g); knitting needles size 6 mm (US 10, UK 4) and 7 mm (US 10½, UK 2); circular needle size 6 mm (US 10, UK 4) with a length of 60 cm.
1/1 Ribbing Pattern: *K1, P1*, repeat from * to *.
Textured Pattern:
Row 1 (right side): K1, * P1, K1 *, repeat from * to *.
Row 2 (wrong side): knit all stitches.
Repeat these 2 rows throughout.
Cable Pattern:
Work according to the chart, which shows only the right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work the stitches as they appear.
Gauge:
Textured Pattern on needles size 7 mm (US 10½, UK 2): 19 sts × 22 rows = 10 × 10 cm.
Back:
Cast on 80 sts on needles size 7 mm and work in Textured Pattern.
At 70 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.
Front:
Cast on 80 sts on needles size 7 mm and work as follows: 8 sts in Textured Pattern, 64 sts in Cable Pattern, and 8 sts in Textured Pattern.
Work the Cable Pattern symmetrically (mirrored) from the center.
At 64 cm from the cast-on edge, for the neckline bind off the center 10 sts and finish each side separately.
For the neckline shaping, bind off at the edge every 2nd row: 3 sts once, 2 sts twice, and 1 st once.

Sleeves:
Cast on 42 sts on needles size 6 mm (US 10, UK 4) and work in 1/1 Ribbing Pattern.
After 5 cm, switch to needles size 7 mm (US 10½, UK 2) and continue in Textured Pattern.
For sleeve shaping, increase 1 st on each side in every 6th row 16 times.
At 50 cm from the cast-on edge, bind off all stitches.
Finishing:
Sew the shoulder seams.
With the circular needle, pick up 70 sts evenly around the neckline from the right side and work 5cm in 1/1 Ribbing Pattern, then bind off all sts.
Sew in the sleeves.
Sew the side seams, stitching 4 cm on each side from the lower edge of the sleeves, leaving 44 cm of the side seams open.
