Arched Cable Stitch Knitting Pattern

How to knit the Arched Cable Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 13 stitches + 4 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 19 stitches (13 + 4 + 2 edge stitches) and knit according to the chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work stitches as they appear.
The pattern repeat is 13 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 4 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
p: purl stitch
cross 4 stitches to the left: slip 2 stitches to cable needle, hold to front, k2, k2 from cable needle
cross 9 stitches to the left: place 5 stitches on a cable needle in front of the work, knit 4 stitches, transfer 1 stitch from the cable needle back to the left needle and purl it, then knit the remaining 4 stitches from the cable needle
Written row-by-row instructions:
Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, * p4, k4, p1, k4 *; repeat from * to *; end with p4, 1 edge stitch.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): work stitches as they appear.
