How to knit the Cable Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 30 stitches + 10 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 42 stitches (30 + 10 + 2 edge stitches) and knit according to the chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work stitches as they appear.
The pattern repeat is 30 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 10 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
