Geometric Pattern with Garter Stitch #19

How to knit the Geometric Pattern with Garter Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 12 stitches + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 26 stitches (6 + 12 + 6 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, purl all stitches.
The pattern repeat is 12 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 6 stitches before the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 6 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
p: purl stitch

Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, p2, k4, * k4, p4, k4 *; repeat from * to *; end with k4, p2, 1 edge stitch.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): purl all stitches.
Row 3: 1 edge stitch, p3, k3, * k3, p6, k3 *; repeat from * to *; end with k3, p3, 1 edge stitch.
Row 5: 1 edge stitch, p4, k2, * k2, p8, k2 *; repeat from * to *; end with k2, p4, 1 edge stitch.
