How to knit the Lace Cable Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 26 stitches + 25 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 53 stitches (9 + 26 + 16 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, work all stitches as they appear, purl the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat is 26 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 9 stitches before the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 16 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.

k: Knit
p: Purl
yo: Yarn Over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
