Lace Diamond Stitch Knitting Pattern #157

How to knit the Lace Diamond Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 24 stitches + 3 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 29 stitches (1 + 24 + 2 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong side rows, work stitches as they appear; purl the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat is 24 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 1 stitch before the pattern repeat, repeat the pattern throughout, end with 2 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit
p: purl
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
K3tog: knit 3 stitches together
