Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern
How to knit a Lace Stitch: 
Work with a multiple of 14 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 31 stitches (7 + 14 + 8 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, purl all stitches and the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat is 14 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 7 stitches before the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 8 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together as one
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
cdd (Central Double Decrease): slip first and second stitches together as if to knit, knit 1 stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch

Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): Purl.
