Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern
How to knit the Lace Pattern: 
Work with a multiple of 16 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 19 stitches (16 + 1 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, purl all stitches and the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat is 16 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 1 stitch after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
cdd (Central Double Decrease): slip first and second stitches together as if to knit, knit 1 stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch
Written Instructions: 
Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, * k1, yo, k2tog, k11, skpo, yo *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): Purl.
Row 3: 1 edge stitch, * k1, yo, k3, k2tog, k5, skpo, k3, yo *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 5: 1 edge stitch, * k2, yo, k3, k2tog, k3, skpo, k3, yo, k1 *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 7: 1 edge stitch, * k3, yo, k3, k2tog, k1, skpo, k3, yo, k2 *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
