Lace Stitch Knitting Pattern #389

How to knit the Lace Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 11 stitches + 10 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 23 stitches (5 + 11 + 5 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right-side rows.
On wrong-side rows, purl all stitches and the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat is 11 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch and 5 stitches before the pattern repeat, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 5 stitches after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.

Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch
cdd (Central Double Decrease): slip first and second stitches together as if to knit, knit 1 stitch, pass two slipped stitches over the knit stitch

Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, yo, k3, k2tog, * skpo, k3, yo, k1, yo, k3, k2tog *; repeat from * to *; skpo, k3, yo, 1 edge stitch.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): purl all stitches and the yarn overs.
