Leaf Stitch Knitting Pattern #166

How to knit the Leaf Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 16 stitches + 7 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 25 stitches (16 + 7 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to the chart.
The chart shows right side rows and wrong-side rows.
The numbers at right edge of chart indicate right side rows, and at left edge wrong side rows.
Read right side rows from right to left, wrong side rows from left to right.
The pattern repeat is 16 stitches wide.

Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
p: purl stitch
yo: yarn over
k3tog tbl: slip 3 stitches one by one as if to knit, return them to the left needle, then knit 3 stitches together through the back loop
