Lace Leaf Stitch Knitting Pattern
How to knit the Lace Leaf Stitch:
Work with a multiple of 8 stitches + 1 + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 11 stitches (8 + 1 + 2 edge stitches) and work according to chart.
The chart shows only right side rows.
On wrong side rows, purl all stitches and the yarn overs.
The pattern repeat = 8 stitches wide.
Begin with 1 edge stitch, work the pattern repeat throughout, end with 1 stitch after the pattern repeat and 1 edge stitch.
Abbreviation:
k: knit stitch
yo: yarn over
k2tog: knit 2 stitches together
k3tog: knit 3 stitches together
skpo: slip 1 stitch as if to knit, knit 1 and pass the slipped stitch over the knitted stitch

Row 1 (right side): 1 edge stitch, * k1, yo, skpo, k3, k2tog, yo *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 2 and all even-numbered rows (wrong side): Purl.
Row 3: 1 edge stitch, * k2, yo, skpo, k1, k2tog, yo, k1 *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 5: 1 edge stitch, * k1, yo, skpo, yo, k3tog, yo, k2tog, yo *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 7: 1 edge stitch, * k2, yo, skpo, k1, k2tog, yo, k1 *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
Row 9: 1 edge stitch, * k3, yo, k3tog, yo, k2 *; repeat from * to *; end with k1, 1 edge stitch.
