How to knit the Textured Stripes:
Work with a multiple of 2 stitches + 2 edge stitches.
Cast on 16 stitches (2 stitches 7 times + 2 edge stitches) and work according to the chart.
The chart shows right-side and wrong-side rows.
The numbers at the right edge indicate right-side rows, and those at the left edge indicate wrong-side rows.
Read right-side rows from right to left and wrong-side rows from left to right.
The pattern repeat is 2 stitches wide.

p: purl stitch

Row 0 (Set-up row - wrong side): purl all stitches.
